For many of us worrying what others think of us and the fear of judgement stops us from just doing what we really want to do.
And if it goes on for too long it starts to feel suffocating. The constant worrying and concern of what others think of you.
I used to very much also feel this way, and it was something I had to really work hard on to overcome. I want to share with you how I did it, in the hopes that you can also start worrying less.
